From the moment I first grasped a pencil, creativity has been my language, and drawing has been my way of connecting with the world. Growing up, I was captivated by the stories my dad told about constructing houses and the hands-on experience of watching him renovate our home. This early exposure to the transformative power of design left an indelible mark on me.

As a young teenager, I realized how deeply my surroundings influenced my well-being. When my parents entrusted me with choosing furniture and décor for our front room, it was a revelation: interiors could be crafted to reflect and enhance one’s vision and mood.

Today, when I’m not busy designing, you might find me at the park with my mini Labradoodle and fiancé, catching up over coffee with friends, or indulging in my love for animals and design shows like the Dear Alice Podcast and Windy City Rehab.

I began my formal creative journey at the University of New Haven, and my diverse experience spans roles as a kitchen design CAD drafter, design assistant, customer service specialist, and sales manager for furniture and technology. These roles have equipped me with a versatile skill set that I now bring to my role as the owner of Haven House Interior Design.

At Haven House Interior Design, I specialize in staging homes—whether vacant or occupied—redesigning spaces, and styling interiors to match each client’s unique needs. My goal is to infuse every project with a personalized touch, creating spaces that feel both fresh and uniquely yours.

Michelle is a HSR Certified Professional home staging and interior redesign organization serving the Boston, Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset, Brookline, Cambridge, Milton, Somerville, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop and surrounding areas. She has completed the most comprehensive and intensive home staging and redesign certification courses in North America provided by the Home Staging Resource.

The HSR Certification program was the first, and is one of the only, Accredited staging training by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) who is the governing body for the home staging industry.
